Hoy han empezado nuestros compañeros su primer día en Frederikssund Gymnasium. Después de una cálida bienvenida por parte de la directora Agnethe y Albert, nuestros compañeros le han entregado algunos dulces típicos de Medina-Sidonia y aceite de oliva con el fin de acercar a tierras danesas un trocito de nuestra gastronomía.
A primera hora el café danés ha acompañado el recorrido por las instalaciones, donde Darío y Margarita han podido comprobar los amplios recursos docentes de los que el centro dispone.
Destacan la sala de creatividad donde el alumnado puede desde diseñar lámparas y otros enseres hasta modelar con impresoras 3D o realizar vídeos con croma.
Posteriormente han acudido a la clase de inglés de los alumnos de primer grado, lección que ha versado sobre la historia y cultura irlandesas.
Después del descanso de la comida, nuestros compañeros han acudido a una de las reuniones que cada semana o dos semanas se realizan en el centro. Dichas reuniones se comienzan cantando una canción (desde folclore danés a pop actual), y posteriormente nuestros compañeros se han presentado delante de todo el alumnado.

Al finalizar este acto, han acudido a una reunión entre Agnethe y un comité estudiantil encargado de darle voz a los estudiantes mediante peticiones o solicitudes. Les ha resultado muy interesante comprobar, al preguntar a los alumnos del comité, que sus peticiones iban destinadas a la mejora del ambiente estudiantil y sus relaciones con el profesorado, y la charla se ha alargado durante 20 minutos, siendo muy beneficioso para ambas partes intercambiar impresiones sobre la resolución de conflictos en los centros docentes de ambos países.
Con este interesante intercambio de impresiones ha terminado el día para nuestros compañeros, que han destinado la tarde a explorar el centro de Frederikssund. ¡Mañana volveremos con más experiencias en Dinamarca!
Today, our colleagues started their first day at Frederikssund Gymnasium. After a warm welcome from the principal, Agnethe, and Albert, our colleagues have offered them some typical sweets from Medina-Sidonia and olive oil in order to bring a piece of our cuisine to Danish lands.
First thing in the morning, the Danish coffee has accompanied the tour of the facilities, where Darío and Margarita have been able to check the extensive teaching resources that the center has, highlighting the creativity room where students can design lamps and other items, model objects using 3D printers or make videos with Chroma key.
Later they have attended the first grade students English class, a lesson that has dealt with Irish history and culture.
After the lunch break, our colleagues have attended one of the meetings that take place every week or two at the school. These meetings begin by singing a song (from Danish folklore to current pop), and later our colleagues have introduced themselves in front of the entire student body.
At the end of this act, they have attended a meeting between Agnethe and the student committee in charge of giving students a voice through petitions or requests. It has been very interesting for them to verify that most of their requests were aimed at improving the student environment and their relations with the teaching staff. The talk lasted for 20 minutes, being very beneficial for both parties to exchange Impressions about conflict resolution in schools in both countries.
